01/23/2025- 2102 hours: Engine 3-2 and Engine Tanker 3 to assist Company 9 with fire in a chimney- 9885 Reeder Road, Montgomery Township. Apparatus and crews staged for assignment, returning to service in an hour.
01/23/2025- 1740 hours: Engine 3-2 assisted Washington County units with fire in a mobile home, 18620 Northaven Street, working access and suppression for forty-five minutes before clearing.
01/22/2025- 1606 hours: Engine 3-2 and Engine Tanker 3 to 11341 Welsh Run Road, Montgomery Township for a chimney fire- assisting Company 9 (Mercersburg). Engine crew staffed a hand line, checked for extension and worked to remove an installed woodstove. Personnel then extinguished fire in the chimney and cleared the blockage before returning to service.
01/21/2025- RHC and Washington County Company 13 responded to Interstate 81 northbound near mile marker 3 for a single vehicle collision. Crews located a vehicle in the median with no one injured, assisted getting the motorist back on the roadway and cleared.
01/19/2025- 2149 hours: Company 3 and Washington County Company 13 alerted for a vehicle accident on Interstate 81 northbound at mile marker 2.5, arriving to a single auto off the slippery roadway requiring no fire department services.
01/19/2025- 2023 hours: Engine Tanker 3 to 543 Warm Spring Road to assist Station 4 with a dwelling fire, staging until released by Command.
01/19/2025- 1528 hours: RHC responded to the 2800 block of Buchanan Trail East for a personal injury collision reported with entrapment- vehicle into a pole. Units arrived to a single auto on its side- its occupant self-extricated, checked for hazards and established traffic control through the area. EMS transported to Meritus Medical Center.
