01/02/2025- 1354 hours: Units alerted to 42 East Baltimore Street, Greencastle Coffee Roasters for a reported chimney fire. Crews confirmed a malfunctioning roaster with no extension, ventilated and cleared in thirty minutes.
01/02/2025- 0611 hours: Engine Tanker 3 and Engine 3-2 responded to 9959 Corner Road, Montgomery Township for a house fire. Units arrived to heavy fire throughout the dwelling and operated externally until controlled. Engine 3-2 staged and Engine Tanker 3 supported water supply operations until clearing in 2.5 hours.
12/29/2024- 1634 hours: Engine Tanker 3 assisted Washington County Company 2 (Williamsport) and other units with a large outside fire- possible extension to near-by buildings at Maryland Paper, 16144 Elliott Parkway. Personnel worked suppression and extension investigation until placed in service after about three hours.
12/29/2024- 0412 hours: RHC alerted for fluid on the roadway in the vicinity of 705 Buchanan Trail East. Crews arrived to a property damage incident with a pick-up blocking part of the westbound lane and concrete, rocks and debris across the eastbound lanes. Squad 3 removed the items and returned to service; Car 3 assisted Pennsylvania State Police with traffic until the vehicle was removed.
12/24/2024- 1723 hours: Company 3 and Washington County 13 responded to the intersection of Mason Dixon and Greenmount Roads for a personal injury collision, arriving to one vehicle off the eastbound shoulder and another still in the travel lane. Crews applied absorbent to auto fluids and cleared debris as EMS transported one occupant to Meritus Medical Center.
