10/26/2023: On this date in 1896, the Rescue Hose Company No. 1 was formed to serve and protect the residents and guests of our area. While much has changed, we continue to provide professional fire, rescue and emergency medical service. Come visit with us tonight on the Square during Trunk-or-Treat (from 1800 to 2000 hours- 6:00 to 8:00 pm) and grab some candy while the supply lasts. We look forward to seeing you (and feel free to tell us we look good for 127 years old).
