12/19/2024- 1818 hours: Pennsylvania State Police requested help with traffic control in the 700 block of Buchanan Trail East at the Interstate 81 Exit 5 interchange. Arriving to a semi stuck on the southbound on-ramp after striking a divider at BTE, Fire Police shut down the ramp until the large piece of debris was moved out of the travel lane. After a short break, PSP again requested control assistance while the towing service freed the trailer and moved the unit from the shoulder.
