WIRES DOWN.. ON A CAR

06/21/2023- 0448 hours: Squad 3 and Ambulance 3-9 responded to 1793 Hykes Road for a single vehicle accident- car into a utility pole with wires down. Crews established a safe area, established detours and EMS transported one occupant to Chambersburg Hospital. Squad 3 remained on scene for three hours awaiting West Penn Power arrival to secure the downed equipment and allow removal of the auto. Company 8 Fire Police worked traffic control until released.
